By Ray Benter I'm not sure how impartiality can be achieved in ANY human relationship. But with children, the rules and the love need to be applied as evenly as possible. Home is where we learn about discipline and unconditional love. No matter what our children do, they should be told and know from within that their parents love them.

By Ray Benter Andrew, Apparently, we agree that each of us would need convincing that "impartiality" ought to be the GOAL of parents in how they treat their children. We are not discussing how your God does or does not show favoritism.
