By Kirby Liberty Harris Good for the Trump admin. It is rare they do something good. ALL the land belongs to Israel, so the settlements are legal.

by anon-a4e4 As I said in my main comment, whether or not it's legal, it's incredibly stupid:

"...any policy that "helps" Israel in this way is like giving a heroin addict heroin and claiming you're helping him. Israel can not survive as a democracy if it continues to create a binational state where half the population can't vote. It will lead to ruin and is a march of folly with few parallels in history. Shame on the Trump administration for enabling Israel's suicidal leadership."

I don't think you have any idea what is going on in the territories and I don't know what your plan is for the millions of Palestinians who live there if "the land belongs to Israel". Why is that - because of some book that Judeo-Christians worship which says that?

By Kirby Liberty Harris No, historically all that land has been Israel's for at least 6000 years. And they ONLY lost it due to Kings in the name of Christianity stealing it, and then those kings losing it to the Muslims. So after WW2 the Allies gave part of it back to them.
Picture?type=square
By Kirby Liberty Harris Then the Muslim nations around Israel attacked Israel, Israel won against them and won the rest of it back. Later, the world pressured Israel into giving up the parts the Muslims now hold.
Picture?type=square
By Kirby Liberty Harris Part of the WW2 deal, the Muslim nations were supposed to create a Homeland for the Muslims displaced by giving Israel her land back, but reneged, hence the pressure to give up land to the refugees.
Picture?type=square
By Kirby Liberty Harris And liking this to giving a heroin addict what they want is ludicrous. And Israel is not setting it up a bi-lateral nation where half the population can't vote. In Israel all the population votes and in the Muslim areas their leaders allow them to vote.

Yo Kirb, you need to re-read your history because you got it all wrong. At the time of Christ, Israel was UNDER ROMAN RULE. Now, as a Province of Rome, the Israelites' duty was to collect taxes (as Jesus Himself said, "Render unto Rome..."), and keep ,the peace. But, the Israelites refused to do what EVERY other Roman Province did...OBEY Roman Law! That's all they had to do! Imperial Rome was not a "Christian Country", so they didn't oppress Rome for Jesus...they just had to maintain ORDER, nothing more. Again, the Israelites and their "Christian" fellow travelers REFUSED to obey. That's why the Emperor had no choice but to stop them. Period.

By William Dykeman all this occured so long ago it doesnt matter
the state of israel should be peacefully dissolved
it has absolutely no right to exist
because it cant exist without bleeding the German state and costing the aEMRICAN EMPIRE its precoius youth
why die for israel? what did they ever do for us

By Kirby Liberty Harris I know the Romans controlled the area at the time you are referring to. And they destroyed Jerusalem in 70 AD after four years of Jewish rebellion. That is when the Jews lost Israel. They should have rebelled against the brutal Romans.

By Kirby Liberty Harris The period I am referring to is when the 'Christian' Kings tried to take Jerusalem from the Jews who had it back. It is called the crusades.

By Kirby Liberty Harris Willie, I agree that the US should not have their youth bleed for Israel. They have every right to exist.

By Vincent D'Emidio The Romans may have been brutal, but the inhabitants of the area were not strong enough to resist Roman rule. So, they should've just accepted their status and just paid their taxes...just as the rich FILTH in America MUST pay their taxes.

By Vincent D'Emidio I agree, the so-called "christian" kings should've stayed outta there, it was none of their business.

By Vincent D'Emidio Sorry Kirby, but you're 100% WRONG on this one. The Modern State of Israel's boundaries were SET by the Balfour Agreement...Those borders did NOT include the West Bank (hardly Judea or Samaria), the Sinai Peninsula, the Gaza Strip and the Golan Heights! Those lands were STOLEN after Israel launched a SNEAK ATTACK on the Egyptian Air Force while it's planes lay on the ground. That means, in plain English, that the Israelis STARTED the War!

A lot of American-Israeli APOLOGISTS will claim that Egypt was "spoiling for war" and was "threatening Israel", so the IDF launched a "pre-emptive strike". Well, to those Neo-Cons I gotta ask, "Did the AMERICAN RESEARCH SHIP, the USS Liberty, 'threaten' Israel? Is that why the IDF launched an ATTACK on the Liberty, and "tried" to blame it on Egypt?

By William Dykeman the state of isreal cannot exist with out conflict costant war and genocide it must be dissolved
Picture?type=square
By Kirby Liberty Harris I know what set the borders. I mentioned that above, but not by name. The lands were not stolen. They gained their orginal land not given to them through war after the Muslim nations attacked them.

By Vincent D'Emidio "the Muslim nations attacked them"

Did they? Not in 1967...that "war" was LAUNCHED by Israel, and that's a proven fact.
