By Mark Tracey Too much damage to the economy has been done, it will take years to get back. The way the government has handled the virus is the perfect argument against them running the healthcare system.

By Mark Tracey They, Sweden, made better choices, although most would not agree. Out of the all the countries in the world, only a handful got it right more or less right and only Sweden did not lockdown. South Korea and Taiwan took a different yet successful path, but their cultures demand more compliance of its citizens.

By William Dykeman and i would arguem that societies that do require compliance are superior to those that dont, liberty is often an excuse to behave in a criminally reckless fashion, most people are idiots and need to be lead, i admire the germans maybe hitler went to far, that thing wth the jews was shameful, and will forever stain the good name of an exceptional race, and thats a shame because dspite that anomoly the german way of life is superior Volksgemeinschaft was a concept before hitler he ruined it by his perversion as was nazis embracement and perversion or the ideas of neitszhe ironicaly neitche admired the jewish people and their culture so much he considered their culture far superior to the oaffish german culture of his own , adire the jewsas intellects and thought they were the superman, hitler took this and put it on its head as he did with Volksgemeinschaft, which was a wonderful idea that hitler forever ruined by infecting it with his evil hatred

By Mark Tracey Sweden did require compliance, but without forced isolation of all citizens. I also never stated or argued that that societies should not require compliance. The difference is that choices that were made disregarded the intended by some, as well as the unintended consequences of economic shutdown.

By Mark Tracey Your point that some societies are superior will get you in trouble with the post-modernists who accept all cultures and societies as equivalent. By their standards our culture is no better or worse then cultures that practiced cannibalism or human sacrifice or that still practice slavery.

By Mark Tracey I wasn’t implying you were a post modernest, but rather warning you that they don’t accept judgments about one society or culture being superior to another. It their a complete denial of social progress and moral improvement.

By Mark Tracey The Swedish nation is not composed of multiple , national, ethnic, racial, religious, cultural and political groups and factions as is the US. It’s amazing the US functions as well as it does with all its mismatched components.
