by anon-fab1 This is MY device. I bought it, NOT the airline. The Constitution says I have FREEDOM, and that applies to the air. I decide when I turn it off, not some bureaucrat at head office.

By René Ober As an airplane-pilot I can tell you that phones realy interfere with the radar-equipment. And I don't want to take the risk gambling whether the interference comes from a phone or a technical problem. It has nothing to do with some bureaucrate, but with my resposibility for over 300 people. If you want to insist on your constitutional rights, please ask yourself what is more important to you. Constitution or contemporary safety.

By Tori Elmquist Please tell me where in the constitution it says that businesses don't have the right to decide the terms of any service they offer?
