By Nathan Lundholm Although I agree it benefits them later in life by providing a role model for kids who are willing to work for what they want... I am not so sure it benefits them at the moment, with less supervision and more unsupervised time to do what they want and break rules... Which is better in the long run? You tell me. I had a working mom, I grew up fine. But I'm an aspie, I'm not necessarily a standard case study with regard to all kids in general.
