I have been in battle. Have you? I would never bring an AR 15 into battle with me. That gun against an AK47 would get me killed. The AR15 is a tool. The only reason you do not like it is because it is scary.
I have an AR 15. It has never killed anyone. I even told it once to go out and kill everyone it meets. It didnt hurt anyone. I also have a masen Negant sniper rifle. I killed a deer with it iron sights at 700 yards. I do not know how many people it has killed but with me it has only killed 1 deer.
Stan you need to try again. A semi-automatic weapon is not a weapon of mass murder. It is a tool, and like any tool it can be misused and abused. The only public fear is that created by those who would leave you without a way to protect yourself. I challenge you to fins a single mass murderer whi is also a member of the NRA. The second amnedment states. "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" all common sense gun laws that have been promoted infringe upon my right to keep and bear arms.
It is american. This country has had a long history of refusing access to this country starting way back with the Naturalization and Alien and Sedition acts of 1798. And the laws to prevent. I think you need to stop trying to tell us what is and is not American and read a History Book. Better yet, why dont you try to think for yourself instead of being a parrot for the Socialists on this nation.
If the schools are going to act like courts then the 6th amendment applies.
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
