Sshe does some good on occasion, but generally know. I do not like her. She's a neolib corporatist and I do not like her. She's a puppet of the wealthy elite and she has no business pretending to represent the people.
Something needs to be done. And since the government seems woefully unable to do LITERALLY ANYTHING about the crisis, this seems as good as anything
However, I will note that this should only be done after EXTENSIVE firearms training on the part of the teachers, which should only come after EXHAUSTIVE mental health screening. In other words, we gotta make sure we're giving guns to the teachers who are mentally stable and have the proper training to handle firearms correctly.
That having been said, I dont for one second believe this is the best option. Just an option that may technically reduce the body counts of these school shootings. Which is good. This isnt a solution, it is damage mitigation at best. It's a bandaid for a gunshot wound (if you'll excuse the metaphor)
At this point, it seems HIGHLY UNLIKELY that Trump hasnt engaged in ANY criminal activity... I think impeachment is a conversation we should be having. I dont think it's a done deal, I think we need to see where the investigations go, but we should be thinking about it and discussing impeachment.
He doesnt NEED to. He can say w/e he wants. Being an jerk with what you say to people is technically his right.... but he obviously SHOULD apologise. That's disgusting...
And for the record, you dont have the right to treat people like crap and not be called out for it. That's not a freedom of speech issue. That's a humanity issue.
